Braised pork trotters with soybeans

Chop the pig's trotters into pieces and clean them.

Soak the soybeans in advance.

Place the pig's trotters in a pot under cold water, add green onions, ginger slices and cooking wine and bring to a boil over high heat.

After boiling, remove and rinse away any scum.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the wok, add sugar, and heat over low heat.

When the sugar melts until brown bubbles appear, add the pig's trotters and stir-fry.

Put the fried sugar-colored pig's trotters into the health pot, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, green onions and ginger, seasoning packets, soybeans, and warm water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer.
