Add a little oil, add pork belly and stir-fry until it becomes oily, add lean meat and stir-fry until it changes colour, add sliced ginger, green onions, thirteen spices and green beans and stir-fry for two minutes, add light soy sauce and braised soy sauce to adjust the color, add pumpkin and stir-fry for a while, add water to cover the ingredients, and simmer on high heat for forty minutes.

  4. It depends on the situation. If there are few ingredients, reduce the time. Finally, add salt and a little MSG to reduce the juice and take it out of the pot. Sprinkle with chopped green onion. It’s out of the pot.
