During the COVID-19 period, eating more spicy and antiseptic foods is more helpful in fighting the Corona Virus. I don’t know if it really has any effect, and I don’t know if it can have some preventive effect. Anyway, eating is what you eat, just follow the pulse of the trend and situation.

Cut bacon into thin slices and set aside.

Cut the garlic leaves into segments, shred several garlic leaves, slice the peppers, garlic, and carrots.

Turn on the pot over high heat, add bacon slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

Stir-fry until the oil comes out, decant off the excess oil, take the bacon out of the pan, leaving oil and a few pieces of fat at the bottom of the pan.

Add carrot slices, garlic slices and shredded garlic leaves to the pot and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the garlic leaves and red pepper flakes, stir-fry over high heat for a while, add salt, pepper and sugar, stir a few times, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce to the pot.
