  1. Soak yuba, wash and cut into sections

  3. Cut onions and peppers with a hob, and mince garlic

  4. Clean the pot, heat it up, add the pork belly and fry until lightly browned

  5. Add onion, ginger, garlic and chili, stir-fry until flavourful

  6. Add a small spoonful of dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

  7. Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat, add yuba and boil again

  8. Cook on medium-low heat for 20 minutes
