Overview
Black San Chop is an authentic Yunnan local flavor home-cooked dish! Three chops, that is, one chop the kohlrabi, two chop the peppers, and three chops the meat. This delicious Yunnan-style appetizer is especially delicious with rice.

Prepare materials.

Dice rose pickles.

Add water to the pot and blanch the pickles (the time should be short).

Dice the screw pepper and set aside.

Chop the green onions, garlic, and ginger into mince pieces respectively.
