Cold Shredded Zucchini
Overview
I went to a farmhouse a while ago and ate this dish. After I came back, I thought about it and it tasted pretty good. I just ate a plate of it myself and now I'm sharing it with my friends who like it to try it when they have time.

Cut the zucchini into thin slices, then cut into thin strips and put into a bowl;

Chop 2 millet millets and mince 2 cloves of garlic (if you are afraid of spicy food, you can skip the pepper);

Put the chopped zucchini into a bowl, top with chopped rice pepper and minced garlic;

Put 2 spoons of sesame paste into a bowl, add one spoon of light soy sauce and two spoons of balsamic vinegar and stir evenly;

Add a small spoonful of fine sugar, a pinch of salt, a small spoonful of sesame oil, three drops of mustard oil and a spoonful of honey and mix well and set aside;

Heat the appropriate amount of vegetable oil in a pot;

Pour it over the garlic chili while it's hot;

Finally, pour on the mixed sauce, stir evenly and eat;
