Overview

This is a quick and delicious dish that is often served at my house. Because my work place is far away, it’s almost 7 o’clock when I get home from get off work at night, so cooking quick dishes is my first choice, and I usually eat less meat at night. I usually eat tofu with sauce, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, stir-fried vegetables, etc. These dishes are both filling and nutritious.

  1. Prepare the ingredients. If you don’t have spicy vegetables, you can substitute pickled vegetables

  2. Place the tofu upside down in the steaming tray, cut off the four corners, and blow air into the four corners. The box will be easy to pick up

  3. Place the steamer in a steamer over high heat and steam for 5 minutes

  4. While the tofu is steaming, cut the spicy vegetables into small pieces, add chili oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper powder, sesame paste, and spicy sauce to make a sauce

  5. Pour off the steamed water from the steamed tofu, make a few cuts with a knife, pour in the prepared sauce, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts, sesame seeds and coriander
