Soak the ribs for a while, put them in a pot with cold water, blanch them, and then boil them. A lot of blood foam will come out

While blanching the ribs, cut the onions and ginger

Take out the blanched ribs, wash them several times, drain the water and set aside

Turn on low heat, warm the pan and pour oil

Add sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, just two to three seconds

Add chopped green onions and stir-fry twice

Add the pork ribs, add some cooking wine, increase the heat and stir-fry evenly
