Spicy Stir-fried Cabbage
Overview
Cabbage, also called cabbage, is cheap but nutritious and available all year round. After eating too much hand-shredded cabbage, it’s good to change the taste. The dishes are crispy, spicy and refreshing.

Wash the cabbage and break into small pieces.

Chop the bean paste into small pieces, shred the dry red pepper, and cut the coriander into sections. Slice garlic.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the bean paste and shredded chili peppers and stir-fry until the red oil turns out.

Add cabbage and stir-fry evenly.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and sugar, stir-fry quickly over high heat until cooked through.

Add garlic slices and stir-fry.

Finally add the coriander segments and drizzle in a little sesame oil.

Remove from pan and plate.
