Colorful Pepper Chicken
Overview
This is the first time I bought chicken breast. I sent out so many dishes but there was no chicken at all. I just made a stir-fry. The colorful colors that come out of the frying are so beautiful. I couldn’t bear to put down my chopsticks.

Chicken is ready.

Add salt, pepper and starch and marinate for 10 minutes.

Dice the red pepper and dice the yellow pepper.

Heat the pan and slide the oil out of the chicken until it changes color.

Remove and set aside.

Sauté the ginger and green onions in the base oil until fragrant.

Add the bell pepper and stir-fry evenly.

A spoonful of salt.

Just the right amount of light soy sauce.

A spoonful of chili oil.

Pour in the diced chicken and stir-fry quickly for 1 minute.
