Prepare various powders. Multigrain powder can be ground into powder in advance with a food processor.

Dissolve the yeast with warm water, add sugar and stir for 10 minutes. Pour all the powder together.

Add yeast water, salt, water, and 20g of olive oil to form a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and leave to ferment in a warm place.

Ferment until doubled in size.

Take it out, sprinkle dry flour on the counter, and continue kneading the dough for about ten minutes.

Divide the kneaded dough into small portions of equal size.

Knead it into a steamed bun shape, cover with plastic wrap and continue to ferment for about 20 minutes. Pour cold water into the steamer. After the water boils for about 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes and uncover.
