Pork belly and cabbage stew
Overview
Dad said that the pork belly stewed with cabbage can only be cooked with onions, ginger, oil and salt. Adding too many sweeteners will cover up the freshness of the cabbage.

Prepare materials

Cut the cabbage into sections about one centimeter

Chop onion and ginger, slice pork belly

Wash the pot, heat it, pour in appropriate amount of oil, add onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant
