Add seasonings and minced ginger to the lean meat filling

Prepared tofu and carrots

Twist tofu and grate carrot

Add an egg and appropriate amount of starch

Put the prepared lean meat filling into the prepared tofu and carrots

Prepared tofu meat filling

Knead into small balls

Put a wok on the stove and add enough oil. When the oil is 50% to 60% hot (use chopsticks to test the oil temperature, if it is bubbling, it is almost done), deep-fry the tofu and meatballs.

Tofu and meatballs are fried one by one

Fry all the fried tofu meatballs again when the oil reaches 70% to 80%.

Prepared green pepper, coriander, onion and ginger

Sauce preparation: soy sauce, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, starch and appropriate amount of water

Add oil to the wok. When the oil is hot, add onion, ginger and green pepper and stir-fry

Add bowl of juice and cook for a while

Add fried tofu and meatballs and stir-fry

Just add coriander before serving
