Cut the meat into cubes, boil the water and scoop it out. Cut the taro into cubes. Ginger, garlic, crispy all are patted and cut.

Add taro, star anise, kaempferol and pepper to the pressure cooker, drop some chili oil, add a little salt, cover the pot and put it on high heat, then turn down the heat and press for half an hour.
