Cut the mushrooms, green and red peppers, green vegetables, and carrots into finely chopped pieces.

Find a larger container, put the diced vegetables in it first, then beat in two eggs, pour in an appropriate amount of water and mix well, then gradually add the flour and mix slowly evenly.

Stir thoroughly to form a grain-free, very fine batter. (The consistency of the batter should be such that a whisk can lift it up and drip slowly is best). Then add appropriate amount of salt and mix well.

Add a little oil to the pan, when it is 90% hot, pour a spoonful of vegetable batter and spread it into a round pancake. When the sides of the dough are raised and the surface is solid, you can turn it over.

Fry both sides until golden brown.

This is a baked cake.
