Simple version of dry stir-fried green beans
Overview
This is a simple version of dry-fried green beans. Instead of deep-frying, the green beans are blanched in water first, but the taste is just as delicious. Very good for dinner.

-
Wash the green beans and remove the old tendons at both ends. Cut with a diagonal knife into 5-6 cm long sections.
-
Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil, add green beans and blanch until the beans change color and then remove.

Put the minced pork belly into the pot and stir-fry for a while until it changes color. Add ginger, garlic and dried chili and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add the green beans and stir-fry.
-
When the green beans are dry, add salt and continue to stir-fry. Don't turn it too often.
-
Fry until the skin of the beans turns white and wrinkles appear, add a small spoonful of sugar and a spoonful of pepper oil, stir-fry until the flavor is absorbed, and then take it out of the pan.
