Pour the coconut milk into the milk pot

Add 20g milk powder

Add sugar and mix well

Rinse the gelatine tablets and soak them in water until soft

Drain the water from the gelatine slices and put them into the coconut milk. Heat the gelatine slices over medium heat using an induction cooker. Stir until the gelatine slices are completely melted and then remove from the heat. Usually, it will be completely melted at more than 80 degrees. Try not to boil the coconut milk

Add light cream and stir evenly

Pour into a clean mold, cover with a lid or seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than two hours

After taking it out of the refrigerator, use a hair dryer to blow hot air around the mold to facilitate demoulding. Then use a knife to cut into small pieces and wrap them in coconut paste. Refrigerate for another ten minutes and it's OK
