Overview

I received the Dongling DL-TM018 bread machine, and I can finally completely free my hands~ Because it uses cold fermentation, I kneaded the dough for only 20 minutes, put it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours, then shaped it, fermented it for a second time, and baked it. The finished product is very soft and stringy, and with the addition of salty ham sausage, I can eat two or three at a time and it is not enough to satisfy my craving~

  1. When using the new Dongling bread machine for the first time, clean the bread barrel, put in a small amount of water and bake for 10 minutes

  2. Put the milk, egg liquid, olive oil, salt and sugar into the bread bucket

  3. Add flour and yeast and start the dough button for 20 minutes

  4. After 20 minutes, it has been kneaded into a smooth dough

  5. Place in the freezer and refrigerate for 4 hours, then take out after 4 hours

  6. Use a rolling pin to gently roll out the air

  7. Knead into balls and divide into 6 equal portions, let them rest for 10 minutes

  8. Take one portion and roll it into a shape of beef tongue

  9. Roll it up, pinch it tightly to fit the mouth, and slightly stretch it to about 30cm

  10. Remove the outer packaging of ham sausage

  12. After everything is rolled up, place it on a gold plate, cover it with a damp cloth, and place it in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size. If it is not a non-stick baking pan, remember to put the oil cloth on it. I fermented it in the oven without covering it with a damp cloth and put in a cup of hot water.

  13. For the fermented bread embryo, mix the egg liquid and water in the ingredients evenly, brush it on the surface of the bread, preheat the oven to 175 degrees, bake in the middle and lower layers for 30 minutes, cover with tin foil after the coloring is completed
