Wash the beef and cut it into small pieces. Boil it in water until there is no blood

Let cool on the cutting board and cut into cubes

Cut into cubes and set aside!

Prepare condiments

Add beef and stir-fry

Add dark soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar

Fry dry the water
