Oyster steamed egg skewers in hot pot
Overview
A friend gave me a pot, and I have been using it a lot these days. Today I used it to make steamed oyster eggs, and then blanched a portion of seasonal vegetable and sausage skewers. This way, if I want to eat skewers in the future, I can copy it at home.

Prepare all ingredients.

Beat eggs with fine salt and beat evenly.

Add warm water and filter once before adding oysters.

After sealing the mouth, put it into the steamer and steam it over water until it solidifies, which should take about 15 minutes.

The sausage is not easy to cook, so boil it first.

Season with mushroom sauce, winter vegetables, and soy sauce.
