Rice cooker version of bread~

Overview

The oven at home is too big and the house is small, so I have put the oven on the shelf for a long time ~ Of course, the main reason is that I am lazy and I don’t have many opportunities to use the oven! Today I will show you how to make a lazy panel.

  1. Add powdered sugar, yeast, and an egg to the flour.

  2. Add milk and stir.

  3. Add a small amount of cooking oil and continue stirring.

  4. Knead into a smooth dough.

  5. Brush the rice cooker with oil.

  6. Form into a bun shape and put into rice cooker. (This picture was searched online. The photo I took was accidentally deleted by me)

  7. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature.

  8. Ferment until doubled in size.

  9. One egg, whisked.

  10. Brush the surface of the dough with egg wash.

  11. Then sprinkle coconut milk on top.

  12. Add to the pot and press Cook button.

  13. Once it’s done, the color is still different from the oven version. The hole was rubbed by my dirty hands! 😂
