Coconut Jam Cake
Overview
I always thought this cake had too much oil and was reluctant to make it. When some people's attention turns to cakes, they might as well make this greasy cake and see if it appeals to them. I only made two at first, planning to try one myself. Unexpectedly, after the finished sample was discovered on the table, only traces of its former existence were soon left. He was also asked to finish all the remaining cake dough, so he ate some of the leftovers of the cake without taking a single bite. However, the remaining ingredients here are also very oily, and they are very sweet in our mouths. Your Majesty, Master Sweet. . . . The butter in the original recipe was changed to corn oil. Is it going to melt anyway? And in this weather, the melted butter will solidify quickly. Now, if you are afraid of being too hot, it is better to use liquid oil directly. I don't have an 8-inch square baking pan, but later I discovered that a 9-inch pie plate seems to be about the same size. But I was worried that the pie plate would be too shallow and the cake would grow into a mushroom head, so I had an idea and used cake paper to surround it. Facts have proved that the cake will indeed grow longer than the pie plate, but not too much. Suddenly I thought maybe it would be okay without a border? Otherwise, try it next time?
