Mushroom and Vegetable Buns
Overview
Willow leaf bags have always been a pain in my heart. I can’t wrap them well no matter what, but I still have a stubborn temper. Gradually I feel that the bags are getting better and better, and I am afraid of taking everything seriously.

Prepare the ingredients.

Soak dried mushrooms in water.

Add 250 grams of water and yeast to flour.

Knead into smooth dough and rise.

Wash the vegetables and chop them in a food processor. (If you don’t have it, chop it with a knife)

Squeeze out the water from the minced green vegetables.

Chop the mushrooms and mince the ginger into foam.

Add shiitake mushrooms, ginger, fresh chili powder, oil, a little sugar, and salt to the vegetables.

Mix well.

Divide the risen dough into equal portions.

Roll out the dough and fill it with appropriate amount of filling.

Knead it into a willow leaf shape and let it rise again.

Steam over high heat for ten minutes, then simmer for another five minutes.
