Savory Oatmeal Almond Cookies
Overview
Today I will make a super simple cookie, especially suitable for beginners who are just learning to bake. This biscuit uses a lot of oatmeal, which is a high-fiber biscuit, and does not use sugar. Almond powder is added to increase the fragrance, and a little cheese powder is used to increase the milky aroma. It has a rich and delicious taste, and uses healthy walnut oil. Therefore, this is a nutritious but basically unburdened biscuit. It is also a biscuit that I personally like very much. I often eat it up within a day or two after making it.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare all the ingredients. I grind the almond flour myself from white sweet almonds. I don’t need to grind it too much. It’s more delicious if it’s slightly grainy
-
Put the eggs, walnut oil, cracked black pepper and salt into a basin
-
Mix well
-
Put the oatmeal and almond flour together with the cheese powder and baking powder. Here we use instant oatmeal
-
Mix well.
-
Pour the mixed oatmeal into the mixed liquid
-
Mix evenly so that the oatmeal can completely absorb the liquid. It is best to mix evenly and leave it for about half an hour so that it can be absorbed better, and then knead the dough.
-
Divide into small pieces, press into cake-like shape and put into baking pan
-
After preheating the oven to 170 degrees, bake in the oven for about 18 minutes
-
The baked oatmeal almond cake is salty, delicious, healthy and delicious. If you like it, try it now
