Dumpling wrappers have many uses. They can be used to make dumplings or made into rose pot stickers.

Prepare all ingredients

Wash and mince onion, ginger and garlic

Put the meat filling into a large container and add onion, ginger and garlic

Add eggs and all seasonings

Mix well

Spread out five dumpling skins

Put a small amount of meat filling into the middle of the dumpling skin

Then fold the dumpling skin to cover the meat filling

Fold it from one end to the other end, and glue the end with water

Pour oil, add rose pot stickers, leaving some space between them, medium heat

Fry briefly for 2 minutes, pour cold water to half the height of the skin, cover the pot and simmer over low heat

When it is almost dry, pour a small amount of salad oil

Fry until the bottom of the pot stickers is browned
