Clean the pig tongue.

Add some cooking wine to the cold water in the pot, add the pork tongue and blanch it.

There is a layer of white coating on the cooked pork tongue. Use a knife to scrape it clean.

Spices preparation (partially put into spice balls).

Add water to the rice cooker, add ginger, garlic and spice balls.

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce.

Add the pork tongue and cook for 40 minutes. Turn over halfway and pour the brine juice over the food. After cooking, soak it in the pot for about 2 hours to make it more delicious.
