Beef soaked in bleeding water.

Put it into cold water, add cooking wine to the pot and blanch until it scums. Rinse with warm water.

Prepare spices and small tea bags.

Put the seasoning into a casserole, add soy sauce and rock sugar and boil for 5 minutes.

Add beef, onion and ginger, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat until the beef can be easily moved with chopsticks. Turn off the heat and marinate the beef for a few hours.

Store in the refrigerator so they are less likely to be chopped.

Beef slices.

Blanch parsley.

Place in a large bowl.

Add chili oil, sesame oil, chopped coriander, minced garlic, light soy sauce and vinegar into a bowl and mix well.

Stir in the sauce.
