Crispy cake
Overview
If you have been annoyed by chiffon cakes a few times and still haven't succeeded, why not change your goal temporarily and try this one? You can't tell the difference in appearance. It is similar to ordinary cupcakes, but it has the softness of cakes and a crispy and sweet cake on the surface. This is the taste that I like! (Using Changdi electric oven CKTF-30GS)

First, mix the sugar, flour, and butter in the pastry ingredients and knead them into granules with your hands. Store them in the refrigerator for later use

Make the cake batter: Pour the sugar and eggs into a basin, beat with a manual egg beater until the sugar dissolves

Add milk, corn oil and butter and mix well

Then add the sifted low-gluten flour and mix well

Finally add lemon juice and rum and mix well

Put the batter into a piping bag and pipe it into a paper cup or mold (8 points full)

Sprinkle puff pastry on top of batter

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and then bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes
