Boiled wild boar meat with cooked mushroom powder
Overview
Wild mushroom cooked mushroom powder is a new type of condiment developed in Yunnan in recent years. It is made from a variety of wild mushrooms such as porcini mushrooms, milk pulp mushrooms, and white ginseng mushrooms from Yunnan. When used in any dish, the dish will be rich in fragrance and full of fungus flavor. It can be used for barbecue, stir-fry, soup, hot pot, etc. My brother who lives in a small border county brought these wild boar meats to my mother-in-law for a taste. My mother-in-law was reluctant to eat them and gave them to us. Wild boar meats are not only tender in texture and thin in skin, but also low in fat and rich in nutrients. They contain 17 kinds of amino acids and a variety of trace elements. The linoleic acid content is 2.5 times higher than that of domestic pigs.
