Mince the ginger and garlic, chop the dried chilies, and chop the chives.

Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside

Chop the pork into meat sauce, add soy sauce, oil, salt, chicken essence and a little cooking wine, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced ginger, garlic, and dried chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant, then add minced meat and stir-fry until cooked through, then place on top of the tofu cubes on the plate.

Put the minced meat and tofu into a steamer over high heat and steam for eight minutes, then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
