Boiled pork slices
Overview
Although I can't eat spicy food, I still have to persevere and try different flavors. Otherwise, every time I go out to eat with my friends, I will suffer a big loss and dare not touch the spicy dishes😜After the dish is cooked, it is not as spicy as I imagined, within the acceptable range, and with the bright red color, it is simply a tantalizing taste bud. Hahaha😄

Steps
-
Wash the lean meat and cut into thin slices.
-
Add an appropriate amount of salt, 2 to 3 tablespoons of starch and an egg white, and marinate for 10 minutes.
-
Wash the cabbage and tear it into pieces.
-
Wash and cut onions, ginger, garlic and dried chilies.
-
Heat some oil in a pan and sauté pepper, ginger, onion, garlic and chili until fragrant.
-
Add two spoons of Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until the red oil turns out.
-
Add a spoonful of chili powder, cooking wine, and oyster sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Finally, add two large bowls of water and half a spoonful of salt, cover tightly and bring to a boil.
-
Add cabbage and blanch until cooked.
-
Pick up the cooked cabbage and put it in a larger basin.
-
Remove the cabbage and bring the soup to a boil again. Add the meat slices and break them up. Cook until the meat slices turn white and are cooked through, then turn off the heat. (Don’t overcook the meat to affect the taste)
-
Pour the meat slices into the cabbage basin together. You can also add some dried chili peppers and chopped green onions on top.
-
Wash the pot and put it back on the stove, add 4 tablespoons of cooking oil and heat until boiling hot.
-
Pour boiling oil onto the surface of the meat slices to finish.
-
Finished product. Full of color and fragrance~
