Coconut Milk Shrimp Soup
Overview
I grew up drinking soup, and I especially love to drink the delicious soup made by my parents. Then I drank a lot of other flavored soups and liked them all. You might as well try this shrimp soup, it’s delicious~

Peel the shrimps, remove the intestines, add minced garlic, minced ginger, crushed chili, peanut oil, fish sauce, squeeze in lemon juice and peel some lemon

Mix gently and refrigerate for 30 minutes

Remove the shreds from the snow peas and wash them; mince the green onions and cut the coriander into sections

Heat peanut oil in a pan, add shrimps and stir-fry for a while until rolled up

Add chicken broth, pour in coconut milk, simmer for 2 minutes
