Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut half a pig heart (this pig heart is relatively large, so I only used half) into thin slices and set aside
-
Cut green and red peppers into thick strips and set aside
-
Wash the sliced ginger, sliced garlic, and star anise and cinnamon and set aside
-
Boil water in a pot. When the water boils, add the pork heart slices and boil them in water. After a minute or two, the pig heart will completely change color, then remove and drain
-
Heat oil in a pan, add star anise cinnamon, ginger slices, and garlic slices in order and saute until fragrant (note that these must be added in order, and the garlic slices last because the capacity is too large)
-
Add the boiled pig heart and stir-fry quickly
-
Stir-fry until the pig heart is slightly charred, then add a spoonful of cooking wine to remove the smell, add a spoonful of soybeans and stir-fry evenly
-
Add green and red pepper and stir-fry
-
Add salt and chicken essence to taste, add half a bowl of water and simmer until the juice comes out
-
Remove from pan and plate
