Luffa oatmeal seafood porridge
Overview
Luffa is my favorite ingredient in summer. It is rich in vitamin C and has the effect of removing spots and whitening. It is a natural beauty product. It has a sweet taste and is often cooked with seafood such as clams, shrimps or oysters. In addition to stir-frying and making soup, I also like to use overnight white rice to make a lazy version of loofah and seafood porridge. In order to make the porridge cooked with white rice have the same thick rice soup as the porridge cooked with uncooked rice, I have to use my secret weapon ~ oats, which not only upgrades the overall taste, but also reduces calories, which is very suitable for summer consumption when you want to be slim.
