Steps
-
Chop pork meat that is fat and thin and fill it, or choose the meat in the supermarket and have the supermarket staff wash it and mince the filling on the spot (it is best not to buy ready-made meat filling), mince the ginger, and cut the lotus root into small pieces. The specific amount of ingredients depends on the individual.
-
Add a little cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the ingredients, and stir evenly
-
Prepare the oily gluten, usually sold in supermarkets, the kind that is round and very light.
-
Take oily gluten, poke a small hole with your finger, and use chopsticks to slowly stuff the meat filling into the gluten until it is almost full.
-
Stuff all the oily gluten with the meat filling and put it into the plate.
-
Put the plate with oily gluten into a steamer or rice cooker (the kind with a steaming layer) and steam it for about 20 minutes (I didn’t pay attention to the specific time. Pork is easy to cook, so you can control it yourself)
-
Add a small amount of oil to a non-stick pan, put the steamed gluten into the pan, then add a little light soy sauce, chicken essence, oyster sauce, and pepper, and stir it a few times with a spatula. If you feel that the meat in front is not over-steamed, you can add a small amount of water to boil for a while.
-
Collect the juice and serve
-
You can sprinkle with chopped green onion or red pepper diced according to your personal preference. The chewy oily gluten is wrapped with minced pork and lotus root, which is very delicious.
