The most delicious combination--scallions and meat floss bread cubes
Overview
A few days ago, the chives in the field were growing beautifully. I made bread rolls with chives and meat floss. The meat floss paired with salad dressing is a perfect match. The chives are still growing lushly today, so I want to make some bread to satisfy my craving. I dug out the recipe and made it right away. It used to be made into rolls and now it is made into pieces just for the convenience of eating, otherwise it would be difficult to eat!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepared soup ingredients A: 100 grams of soup seeds (100 grams of water + 25 grams of flour, heated in the microwave for 1 minute to form a paste, cool and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour before taking it out for later use, I left it overnight)
-
Weigh out 1/3 of the powdered salt from the ingredients,
-
Mix with tangzhong and stir to form a paste.
-
Then add the remaining 2/3 of the powder and salt, mix into a ball, and stir in a pasta machine.
-
When the dough is kneaded into a rough film, add the ingredient butter and continue kneading until the expansion stage
-
Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place for basic fermentation.
-
Fermentation is complete when the dough has doubled in size.
-
Take out the rounded pan and let it sit for 15 minutes
-
Roll out into a rectangle the size of a mold and place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper for final fermentation.
-
Let the dough ferment until it doubles in size, brush the surface with egg wash, and use a bamboo skewer to make small holes for easy ventilation.
-
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
-
Oven at 170 degrees for 18 minutes
-
Take out the baked bread, tear off the parchment paper, and cover the surface with a piece of grease until cool.
-
Cut the bread slices into 4 strips and divide them into 2 groups
-
Apply a layer of salad dressing on each slice. Sprinkle one piece with pork floss (use as much as you like, add more if you like)
-
Cover the other piece with your hands and press it firmly so that it sticks tightly.
-
Divide into 3 pieces
-
Pick up a set and apply salad dressing on 2 or even 4 sides
-
Top the floss, more or less as you wish.
