Hawthorn Hawthorn is so red-Hawthorn Volume
Overview
In the current season, hawthorns are on the market in large quantities, and colleagues around me began to show off their hawthorn delicacies. The red hawthorns are very pleasant, sour and sweet. This is the first time to make hawthorn rolls. I checked the reference recipe and started making them.

-
Select high-quality hawthorns, soak them in a little salt, clean them, and set aside;

Remove both ends of the hawthorn;
-
First cut the hawthorn in half, remove the core, and then cut it into four pieces; follow this method to process all the hawthorn;

Put water into the pot, pour in the rock sugar, and use medium to low heat to completely melt the rock sugar;
-
At the same time, use a stainless steel pot to boil the jam bottle for 30 minutes, remove and drain the water and set aside;
-
After the rock sugar in the copper pot is completely melted, pour the diced hawthorn into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly with a spoon; 7. After it boils, remove the floating bubbles and astringent juice;
-
Then turn down the heat and simmer until the pulp is soft and tender, then turn off the heat;
-
Put the pulp into the cup of the broken-wall blender, select the "Soy Milk" button, and break the pulp into pieces;
-
Pour the beaten fruit puree back into the pot, continue to cook until the fruit puree becomes thick, and turn off the heat;
-
Put the thick puree into a baking mold (smear a little olive oil on the inner wall of the mold to prevent sticking), and spread it flat with a scraper until it is about 3mm thick. Then, place it in the oven at 100 degrees Celsius and bake the upper and lower layers for 40 minutes. After taking it out, let it air dry at room temperature for more than 12 hours.
-
Check the air-drying effect. It has formed into a cake shape. Invert it through the grinder, take out the hawthorn cake and place it on special baking paper;
-
Use to cut off the four sides to ensure the edges are neat;
-
Cut into long strips at equal distances, and then roll them up to become hawthorn rolls;
