Red bean cold cake
Overview
I have made a lot of red bean paste, and it is a good choice to use it to make this red bean cake. After steaming, put it in the refrigerator to make it chewier!

Prepare materials

Mix glutinous rice flour, white sugar and homemade red bean paste evenly, add appropriate amount of water and knead into a dough of moderate hardness

Add appropriate amount of boiling water to scald the starch powder and knead it into a dough of moderate hardness

Mix the red bean paste dough and the orange flour dough together and knead into a ball

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1cm

Use abrasive tools to carve the desired shape

Steam in a steamer until cooked.

Because it is summer, I put it in the refrigerator for a while after it cools down. It will be chewier after being refrigerated.
