I like to eat rice cakes. They are sweet and glutinous. They are soft and delicious when they are freshly steamed. They are more delicious when fried before eating. Steaming rice cakes in a pot is very time-consuming. You can bake rice cakes in a microwave, which shortens the time a lot, but is still delicious!
