Stir-fried cabbage with wild shrimp skin
Overview
I bought a bag of wild shrimp skin at home and wanted to get rid of it as soon as possible, so I made two shrimp skin dishes. Shrimp skin is usually paired with seaweed, leeks, etc. Today, it goes well with cabbage. Maybe this is because freshwater wild shrimp skin lacks the fishy smell of the sea.
