Put flour, sugar, water and yeast into bread machine
-
A dough kneading procedure to knead into a smooth dough
-
A handful of green onions, washed and drained
-
Chop green onions and set aside
-
A ham
-
Dice and cut into small pieces, otherwise it will fall off easily when you reshape it
-
If you don’t have a bread machine, just knead it yourself until it becomes a smooth dough that doesn’t stick to your hands
-
No need to proof, just sprinkle some flour on the mat and roll it out directly
-
Apply a thin layer of sesame oil evenly
-
Spread white pepper evenly
-
Finally, sprinkle salt and rub evenly. If you don’t like white pepper, you can add other seasonings you like
-
Sprinkle with the chopped green onions and ham
-
Roll it up from bottom to top
-
Pinch off the head and tail, and cut the middle into even sections
-
Take one of the pieces of dough and press it lightly in the middle with chopsticks until both sides of the dough are raised
-
Gently pull the dough to elongate it
-
Bend it around your fingers and pinch the bottom
-
Knead them all in turn
-
Add some water to the steamer, cover it and let it rise
-
It’s almost ready when fermented to about 1.5 times
-
Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, add the flower rolls and wait for 10-15 minutes. After steaming, turn off the heat and do not open the lid immediately. Let it simmer for a while before opening it again
-
Dip it in bean paste, Laoganma, it’s a perfect combination, I’ll take a few bites of it and I can’t stop
