Prepare the ingredients, soak the rice the night before, pork stuffing, ginger, and green onions.

Wash and peel the water chestnuts, cut into small cubes, mince the green onions and ginger.

Add onions and ginger to the meat filling.

Add salt.

Add soy sauce.

Add oyster sauce.

Add sesame oil and stir in one direction.

Add water chestnuts and mix well.

Finally add an egg white and stir vigorously in one direction.

Drain the soaked rice.

Take a portion of the meat filling and form it into a round ball in your hands.

Roll the ball into the rice.

Coat the rice evenly like this.

Place in a steamer and boil water for 25 minutes.

Once steamed, take it out and decorate it before eating.
