Braised tofu with cabbage and shrimp skin
Overview
When I was a child, as soon as late autumn came, every household began to store Chinese cabbage, green onions, and radishes. In winter, almost every household would stock up on radish and cabbage, paired with brine tofu. I still remember it fresh. Although there is no need to store vegetables now, this cabbage and tofu stew still reminds me of my youth.
