The surface will turn white.
-
Add the auxiliary ingredients and an appropriate amount of thirteen spices.
-
Add a little white wine to flavor it.
-
Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
-
Pour a packet of table salt into the pot and stir-fry until slightly hot.
-
Add marinated peanuts.
-
Stir fry over medium heat. The salt will stick to the peanuts at first.
-
The color changes slightly and then turns to low heat.
-
Fry until the salt turns brown and the peanuts make a crackling sound.
-
Strain out the salt and put the peanuts in a bowl.
-
The filtered salt can be stored for next use. The more times you use it, the more fragrant the peanuts will be.
