Wash the fish head, cut the baby cabbage into strips, and cut the tofu into cubes

Pat a little dry starch on the fish head, heat the pan, add oil and fry the fish head until it turns slightly brown

Flip to the other side and continue to fry until lightly browned

Heat another pan, add oil and stir-fry green onions and ginger until fragrant

Add an appropriate amount of chicken stock, add the fish head, bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes

When the soup turns white, add tofu, baby cabbage, salt and pepper and simmer for about 5-8 minutes, turn off the heat

Pour it into a casserole and bring it to a boil again, sprinkle in coriander and serve
