Prepare the ingredients, mugwort, sausage, ginger, chili pepper, green chili, garlic

Pick the mugwort into sections, slice the sausage, cut the green pepper into small sections, mince the garlic, and shred the ginger

Heat oil in a pan, add sausage and stir-fry until fragrant

Pour in the prepared ingredients, but not the green chili peppers yet, stir-fry until fragrant

Pour in the mugwort and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, bean paste, green chili, stir-fry until fragrant, then add salt, (I forgot to take a photo of the latter)
