Beef noodles
Overview
I made my own five-spice sauce beef. The sauce beef tastes salty, tender and soft, and is rich in protein. It is a delicacy suitable for all ages. The sauce beef soup is rich in nutrients and can be used to make delicious beef noodles

Let’s make the beef sauce first: Soak the beef tendon in bleeding water, rinse it and put it into a pot of cold water

Seasonings needed for soy sauce beef: rice wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, bean paste, salt, rock sugar, green onion and ginger, star anise, nutmeg, chili, tangerine peel, fennel seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon

Bring to a boil over high heat and cook for five minutes to burn off the blood foam. Remove and rinse thoroughly

Put the blanched beef tendon into a purple clay stew pot, pour in the prepared seasoning, add water and rub it in

Stew for more than 4 hours, and the beef will be cooked and tender. This must be stewed slowly over low heat to taste good. You don’t need a pressure cooker. The pressure cooker time is short and the taste is not as good as this one

Put the rapeseed into a pot of boiling water, add some salt, oil, and blanch the water

Boil the rapeseed for 1-2 minutes and remove

Boil the noodles. When the water boils and the crab bubbles form, you can add the noodles. You don’t have to wait until it boils

Add the noodles and immediately use chopsticks to stir up the water. Boil for 3 minutes and the noodles will be cooked

Get a small pot and add an appropriate amount of beef broth

Take the noodles into a bowl together with the noodle soup

Pour a spoonful of beef broth into it and mix well

Put beef slices, rapeseed, sprinkle with coriander, add some sesame oil if you like it, leave it out if you don’t
