How can we celebrate Chinese New Year without chickens? ! There’s no place without chicken! Today I stewed hen with porcini mushrooms and winter bamboo shoots. The steaming hot casserole is really mouth-watering!

Get a hen ready

Prepare winter bamboo shoots and porcini mushrooms

Peel the winter bamboo shoots, wash and slice into slices for later use.

Soak porcini mushrooms in clean water, wash and set aside.

Remove impurities from the hen, wash it, blanch it in boiling water for 5 minutes,

Take the pressure cooker, put in the hen, add 80% of water, add ginger, green onion, cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat.

Take a casserole, put all the chicken and soup in the pressure cooker, and simmer over low heat until the chicken is crispy.
