Spicy snails
Overview
Drinking draft beer and eating snails was a pleasant way of life while walking along the riverside in college! I miss you so much! Although I didn’t have much money at that time, the taste will remain in my memory forever! I have nothing to do, just looking for something to do in college😄

Bought small snails and washed them several times with clean water, then soaked them in clean water and dripped sesame oil to let the snails spit out the sediment.

Wash the snails again after spitting out the sediment, then drain them and set aside for later use.

Heat the pot, add oil, add peppercorns, star anise, bay leaves, ginger, and garlic, stir-fry slowly until fragrant, then add chili peppers.

When the chilies are fragrant, add the snails and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the water is released and then add salt and spicy food.

Add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce.

Add oyster sauce and stir-fry.

Add a little water and simmer.

Collect the juice.

Serve immediately, or garnish with a little coriander.
