Overview
Fried green vegetables absorb too much oil. I don’t like eating oily vegetables. I accidentally ate mixed green vegetables and fell in love with it right away. The vegetables are really delicious~

Cut off the roots of fresh green vegetables and keep the leaves for later use.

As shown in the picture, all the roots should be removed, leaving only the essence.

Wash off the stains on the vegetables

Boil hot water until it boils

Add the green vegetables and cook until it boils. Boil for ten seconds, then turn off the heat and simmer for one minute.

Take out the green vegetables and drain them. Add 1 tablespoon of salt, a little MSG, a little sesame oil, two cloves of minced garlic, and stir evenly.
